The Security Service of Ukraine discovered another torture chamber in the liberated Kherson where the Russians kept local patriots who refused to cooperate. Kherson residents were kept in inhumane conditions, interrogated and brutally tortured. During the inspection of the torture chamber, law enforcement officers found objects that directly indicate signs of torture.
