Russians are shelling the areas on the border with the Russia and near the front line every day. On November 19th, Russians bombed the village of Starovirivka of the Kupiansk district with two S-300 missiles: an educational institution was damaged. Also, Russians do not stop shelling the city of Kupiansk: two residential buildings and a student residence were partially destroyed. A 54-year-old woman and a 60-year-old man were injured as a result of shelling in the Kupiansk district. In the town of Vovchansk in Chuhuiv district, private houses were partially destroyed after shelling.
