On November 21st, Russians once again shelled the residential area of Vovchansk: a residential building was completely destroyed. Two civilians were injured: a 57-year-old woman and a 60-year-old man. Previously, Russian military shelled the city with the Grad anti-aircraft missile system. Around 8:50 p.m., Russians bombed the city of Chuhuiv with S-300 missiles fired from the territory of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation. Residential building was damaged, one of its premises was destroyed.
