Russian army targeted the humanitarian aid distribution center in Orikhiv on November 22nd around 10 a.m. The shells from artillery fell on the school where social workers were receiving bread and groceries. That day they were supposed to deliver humanitarian aid to the residential addresses of elderly and disabled citizens.
As a result of the strike, one civilian died, two more women were hospitalized with serious head and lower limb injuries.
