On November 23, around 7:40 a.m., the Russian military shelled a residential area in the front-line city of Kupiansk. A nine-story building, a polyclinic and a school were damaged.
Two civilians died: a 55-year-old woman and a 68-year-old man. Another civilian was hospitalized.
According to the preliminary information, the Russian military used the “Uragan” surface-to-air MLRS.
