Kyiv and Kyiv region came under a heavy missile attack by the Russian army on November 23. In one of the districts of the region, a rocket hit a 4-story residential building in the center of Vyshhorod. The house was completely destroyed. 4 nearby houses, a playground, a school and a kindergarten were damaged. 35 people were saved. 7 people were killed, 30 injured.
