15 strikes on the residential sector and infrastructure were documented during 4 December. The cities of Kramatorsk, Avdiivka, Kurakhove, Bakhmut, Kostiantynivka, the villages of Berdychi, Dyliivka, Zhelanne Druhe were under the fire of the Russian Federation. Russian armed forces were hitting the civilian population with “Grad” MLRS, artillery and rockets. 9 civilian objects were destroyed and damaged: 5 residential buildings, an agricultural company, a machine-building plant, a kindergarten, and an outbuilding.
