On December 8, Andrii Yurash, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Vatican, arrived in Izium. Prosecutors of the Izium district prosecutor’s office of the Kharkiv region told Ambassador Yurash how they document war crimes committed by the Russian military and showed the city after the Russian occupation. Those present saw what the Russian occupiers destroyed the city council and adjacent buildings in the central square of the city, destroyed a residential building by a vacuum bomb on the Pershotravneva Street, where more than 50 people died as a result of enemy strikes during the Russian occupation.
