On the night of December 10, 2022, the armed forces of the Russian Federation, disregarding the norms of international humanitarian law, fired Shahed-136 kamikaze drones at two energy infrastructure facilities in Odesa. As a result of the Russian attack, more than half a million electricity consumers in Odesa were left without electricity and heat.
