On December 13th, around 4:30 am, Russians launched a missile attack on the city of Kupiansk: a two-story administrative building was completely destroyed, a fire broke out on an area of 400 square meters. The building is completely destroyed. According to preliminary information, Russians fired at the city with S-300 missiles. At that time, an ambulance that was on its way to Kupiansk also came under fire. The blast wave broke the glass, and a 54-year-old paramedic was injured.
