On December 16th, around 9:00 a.m., Russian military launched a massive missile attack on Kharkiv and the region. A number of critical infrastructure facilities were damaged. According to preliminary data, Russians fired at Kharkiv region with 10 S-300 missiles from the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation. Investigators found fragments of 8 rockets that hit energy supply facilities. Others were shot down by air defense.
