On December 19th police registered 7 violations of laws and customs of war by Russians. Russians shelled 4 settlements – the cities of Avdiivka, Bakhmut, the villages of Torske, Kostiantynopil. Shots were made with S-300 air defense systems and artillery. 3 residential buildings and a farm were damaged. Two missile strikes were recorded on the village of Kostiantynopil, infrastructure was damaged.
