On December 28th, around 9 a.m., Russians launched a missile attack on the Slobidskyi district of Kharkiv. Trade pavilions and private vehicles were damaged. A 48-year-old man who was walking out of the subway was injured. Also, on December 28th, Russians shelled settlements in Kupiansk district. At approximately 11:30 a shell hit a residential apartment building in the village of Kivsharivka. One of the apartments was heavily damaged. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties. Around 00:30, Russians launched a missile attack on Kupiansk: residential buildings and private households were damaged. On the night of December 29th, Russians attacked energy infrastructure facilities in Kharkiv with Shahed-136 kamikaze drones In the morning, Russians repeatedly fired at Kharkiv’s energy infrastructure — previously, with missiles of the S-300 type, launched from the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation. One of the Russian rockets that were launched over Kharkiv in the morning of December 29th hit a swamp near a private enterprise in the Osnovyanskyi district, forming a crater.
