The cities of Kupiansk and Vovchansk, the urban-type settlement of Dvorichna, the villages of Vilshany and Kotlyarivka were in the zone of fire damage. In Vovchansk, as a result of several shellings, the blast wave damaged private houses. On January 3, between 16:00 and 17:00, fires broke out in the village of Dvorichna and the city of Vovchansk, which were caused by shelling of the Russian forces. In both cases, private houses were burned. The area of these fires reached 100 square meters. And in both cases, units of the State Emergency Service came under repeated Russian shelling.
