An enemy attack on Stepnohirsk took place in broad daylight. The Russians shelled the city center with “Grads”. A projectile hit the roof of an apartment building, damaged the technical floor, and pierced the ceiling in an apartment. In addition, garages and the building of a local catering establishment were cut by the blast wave and projectile fragments.
