On January 7th, around 11:00 p.m., Russians launched a rocket attack on the city of Merefa — the enterprise was damaged. A man died, another civilian was injured. According to preliminary data, Russians fired at the city with missiles of the S-300 type from the territory of Belgorod region of the Russian Federation. In the evening, Russians also shelled the village of Dvorichna in Kupiansk district. As a result of shelling, a fire with an area of 100 sq.m broke out: a private residential building caught fire. Also, the building of the Department of Emergency Situations was damaged.
