On January 15, Russia shelled the border village of Kindrativka of the Khotin community. Mortars were fired directly at the center, at the civilian infrastructure. There were 14 arrivals. In the school and kindergarten, 26 windows were shattered by shrapnel. Communications were also damaged: gas and water pipes were broken.
