Russian terrorists shelled Kherson with incendiary ammunition. Incendiary ammunition is prohibited by the United Nations according to international humanitarian law. Shells flames and ashes fell into the residential quarters of the city. As a result of a strike, the roof of a high-rise building was penetrated.
