On January 25, 2023, around 7:00 a.m., the Russian occupiers once again fired artillery at the city of Kupiansk. Residential buildings and a shop were destroyed. Fires broke out as a result of the shelling. Previously, there were no casualties. On January 24, the Russian military shelled the village of Dvorichna in the Kupiansk district. Two civilians died: an 82-year-old woman and a 51-year-old man. Private homes were damaged.
