During 28th January, russian troops shelled the border settlement Seredyna-Buda of the Sumy region. As a result, 4 apartment buildings, 28 private houses, a hotel, the administrative building of the plant, a house of prayer, an outbuilding, a sports complex, 3 shops, a cafe, a kindergarten and a post office were damaged.
