On January 28, the Russian army attacked the communities of Chuhuiv, Bohodukhiv and Kupiansk districts with tanks, mortars, and artillery. The russian occupiers directed fire at civilian objects in the villages of Starytsia, Strilecha, Ternova, the village of Dvorichna, the cities of Kupiansk, Vovchansk, and other settlements. An 83-year-old female resident of Vovchansk was injured by shell explosions. As a result of the shelling, 11 private homes, 8 commercial buildings, the premises of two enterprises, a garage, and cars were damaged.
