On February 3, 2023, around 11:00 a.m., the russian occupiers shelled the city of Kupiansk with “Uragan” rocket launchers: the boiler room of an enterprise administration building was destroyed. Around 9:20 p.m., russian military fired at Velykyi Burluk town with anti-aircraft missiles: residential buildings, farm buildings, and cars were damaged. On February 3, the enemy did not stop shelling the city of Vovchansk, damaging a store, private homes, and apartments.
