On February 24, 2023, the occupiers targeted an anti-tank guided missile at a regular shuttle taxi that left the village of Vodolahy of the Khotin Territorial Community of the Sumy District and drove about 500 meters in the direction of the city of Sumy. As a result of the shelling, the minibus driver and three passengers were seriously injured. The vehicle burned to the ground.
