The Russian army continues to shell the civilian population and civilian infrastructure of the border settlements of Kharkiv, Kupiansk, Chuhuiv and Bohodukhiv districts. During March 23, the following settlements were under fire from the Russians: Kupiansk, Hrianykivka, Krokhmalne, Strilecha, Starytsia, Vilkhuvatka, Krasne, Morozova Dolyna, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Ambarne, Vovchansk and others. In the villages of Morozova Dolyna and Basove of the Bohodukhiv district, as a result of artillery and mortar attacks, private residential buildings, farm buildings, and power lines were damaged. There were no casualties.
