During June 1, the occupiers shelled settlements near the border in Sumy region. A total of 100 hits were recorded. As a result, factory premises, 2 apartment buildings, and 7 private houses were damaged. On the morning of June 2, 2023, the occupiers, fired artillery from the territory of the Russian Federation on the outskirts of Seredyna-Buda, Shostka district. As a result of the shelling, a private house caught fire, and a 28-year-old local resident was injured.
