“When rockets fly over the fields” – a farmer from Sloviansk told how farmers work on the front line. Before the full-scale invasion, farmer Serhii Smetankin from Sloviansk cultivated more than 2.5 thousand hectares of land and raised more than two thousand livestock of pigs and sheep with his colleagues. Due to Russian shellings, part of the livestock died, part of the animals were sold or given to people. More than 1,800 hectares of fields cultivated by the farmer were burned or mined.
