On July 1, around 2:35 p.m., the Russian military shelled the civilian infrastructure of Balakliia, in Kharkiv region, from the Tornado anti-aircraft missile system. Private residential buildings and commercial buildings were damaged. A 65-year-old woman, two men and a 14-year-old boy were injured.
